Due to the nature of digital products (license keys), refunds are generally not provided once a key has been delivered. However, we offer a full refund if:

  • The key is proven to be invalid or already activated at the time of delivery.
  • Your order has not yet been processed and the key has not been sent.
  • You encounter technical issues that our support team cannot resolve.

In alignment with Malwarebytes' official policy, we support a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the software, please contact our support team within 60 days of purchase to discuss your refund options.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@malwarebytes.store with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will review your case within 2-3 business days.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
